2. Delivery Method
Depending on the nature of the material or document, delivery may be made through one or more of the following methods:
A. Digital Delivery
- Donation receipts, certificates, and acknowledgment letters are usually delivered via email to the registered email address provided during the donation or registration process.
- Digital documents are generally sent within 2–5 working days after a successful transaction.
B. Physical Delivery
If we offer any physical items (such as membership kits, awareness materials, or merchandise):
- They will be shipped to the postal address provided by the donor or supporter.
- Physical deliveries are typically dispatched within 7–14 working days after order confirmation or donation verification.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service, and public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Most digital deliveries (emails, certificates, receipts) are free of cost.
- For physical shipments (if applicable), nominal shipping or handling charges may apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout or registration.
4. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the donor
- Unavailability of the recipient at the given address
- Courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen logistics issues
- Natural calamities or national holidays
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and ensure successful delivery at the earliest possible date.
5. International Shipping
Currently, Jagathitaye Social Welfare Foundation primarily delivers within India.
For donors residing outside India, all official communications, receipts, and acknowledgments will be provided digitally via email only.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages
If your physical item does not arrive or is damaged during transit, please notify us within 10 working days of the expected delivery date at contact@jagathitaye.org.
We will investigate the issue and, if verified, arrange for a replacement or reissue at no additional cost.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the address and contact details provided during donation or registration are accurate and complete.
Jagathitaye Social Welfare Foundation will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
