1. Introduction
Welcome to the websites jagathitaye.org and skill.jagathitaye.org (the “Sites”), operated by Jagathitaye Social Welware foundation NGO (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Sites.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC)
If you post or submit any content (comments, uploads, feedback) on the Sites:
a) You grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from,display and distribute such content in any media.
b) You warrant that your UGC (i) is your own original work or you have necessary rights; (ii) does not infringe any third-party rights; (iii) is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable; (iv) does not contain viruses or harmful code.
c) We reserve the right to review, remove or refuse any UGC at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
